You need to restore a broken dataset.

Note

A possible reason for the dataset damage is that the dataset file has been deleted from the file connection.

You cannot recover any deleted objects in DataLens on your own. To do this, create a support ticket. Provide the following information in your ticket:

  1. Descriptions and list of damaged objects, e.g., connections, files, datasets.
  2. Approximate date and time when the objects were deleted.
  3. Why exactly you need to recover the deleted objects.
