Transactional emails confirm customer actions on the site or provide them with details about their order. They are sent automatically as part of the service process. Customers initiate the sending of these messages themselves, so they are more likely to open them compared to other newsletters. Such emails should arrive quickly and not end up in the Spam folder.

There are emails that are immediately rejected by the receiver. As a rule, they contain a link or ID for contacting the support team of the receiving service.
As for emails that are accepted but still end up in the Spam folder, then there are multiple factors at play — you should work on the email’s contents, e.g., so that it does not contain links to third-party resources. In addition, diversion to the Spam folder depends on whether the recipient has previously received such emails, opened them, replied to them, etc. There is no universal advice.
