Viewing workflow monitoring charts

Note
Currently, there are two UIs that support Workflows: Yandex Cloud and Yandex AI Studio. In this case, the following applies:
- Workflows created in the Yandex Cloud UI are automatically available in the AI Studio UI.
- Workflows created in the AI Studio UI are not available in the Yandex Cloud UI.
Starting September 3, 2026, Workflows will no longer be supported in the Yandex Cloud UI. To create and manage workflows, use the AI Studio UI.
Management console

In the management console, select the folder containing the workflow.

Navigate to Serverless Integrations.

In the left-hand panel, click Workflows.

Select the workflow whose monitoring charts you want to view.

In the left-hand panel, click Monitoring.

You will see the following charts:
- Workflow Executions: Total number of workflow runs.
- Workflow Executions Inflight: Number of workflow runs in progress.
- Workflow Executions Timings: Workflow progress histogram.
- Workflow Steps: Total number of started steps.
- Workflow Steps Inflight: Number of steps in progress.
- Workflow Steps Timings: Progress histogram for an individual step.
You can select a time period for which you want to display information: hour, day, week, month, or a custom interval.
