Issue description
You could not start a VM from within another VM in Compute Cloud.
Solution
We do not provide nested virtualization at the moment; to learn more, see the relevant section.
If your particular case still requires nested virtualization, you can create a support ticket.
When creating the ticket, describe your use case in as much detail as possible.
