IPsec Container Instance

IPsec Container Instance is an image with strongSwan open source software. You can use it to set up an IPsec connection between Yandex Cloud and a remote site for IP connectivity between your cloud resources and remote site resources.

This image runs strongSwan as a Docker container. The remote site’s IPsec gateway must be pre-configured and ready to interact with IPsec Container Instance.

The deployment will require cloud resources.

Before you proceed, review the following:

• Cloud resource requirements.

1. Get ready for deployment.
2. Deploy using one of the following:
   • Management console
   • Yandex Cloud CLI
   • Terraform

• Creating a secure IPsec connection between Yandex Cloud resources and remote site resources, e.g., at a data center or a cloud provider.
• Creating a secure IPsec connection between cloud Yandex Cloud resources created in different networks, clouds, or organizations.
