Use cases

Centralized Password Management for Organizations

Problem: AlphaTech company faced challenges managing numerous passwords for various corporate systems. Employees stored passwords in insecure locations, creating security risks.

Solution: After implementing Bitwarden, the company created a centralized password vault where all credentials are stored in encrypted form.

Administrator: “Now we can control access to corporate credentials and see who accesses critical systems and when.”

Employee: “I no longer need to remember dozens of complex passwords or write them on sticky notes. Everything is available through a single secure interface.”

Result: Enhanced corporate data security and simplified employee workflows.

Secure Credential Sharing

Problem: BetaSoft development team needed a secure way to share credentials for accessing servers and services.

Solution: Using Bitwarden, the team set up shared password vaults with different access levels for various employee groups.

Team Lead: “We created separate vaults for developers, testers, and administrators, allowing us to provide access only to the credentials necessary for their work.”

Developer: “When I need access to a new service, I simply request it through Bitwarden, and after approval from my manager, I get instant access.”

Result: Accelerated workflows while maintaining a high level of security.
