Multi-factor traffic analysis and per-request filtering enable our solution to block any malicious automation on web resources in real time with high accuracy — application-layer DDoS attacks, scraping, unauthorized vulnerability scanning, SMS bombing, brute force, fake submissions, automated product scalping, and other business logic attacks, including threats from OWASP lists and zero-day exploits.

The solution is designed for organizations with business-critical web resources and operates in one of two modes:

1. Web DDoS Protection (On-Demand DDoS protection) — L3-L7 traffic filtering activated only during DDoS attacks.
2. Web DDoS & Bot Protection (On-Demand DDoS protection + Always-On bot filtering) — continuous filtering of any illegitimate automation.

Integration

Reverse proxy — the classic and most common SaaS integration method (with dedicated service IP addresses from the Servicepipe subnet). Setup takes up to 15 minutes, requiring only SSL certificate sharing and a DNS A-record change on the customer’s side. Setup under active attack is supported.

The solution is intended for organizations (legal entities) and is not supplied to individuals, in order to prevent potential unauthorized use.

After subscription payment, you will be redirected to the Servicepipe account creation page.

1. Fill out the Servicepipe registration form.
2. Confirm the email address provided during registration.
3. Set a password.
4. Enter your first and last name.

Your account has been created and subscription is linked!

Within 24 hours (during MSK business hours), a Servicepipe manager will contact you via email to set up the service. If you haven’t received an email within this timeframe or have any additional questions, please write to arketplace@servicepipe.ru.

Note: Only one subscription can be linked to a single account on the Servicepipe side. If you have purchased multiple subscriptions, you need to create a separate accounts with a unique email address for each subscription.

DDoS Attack Protection: Once connected, the service protects web resources against all types of DDoS attacks—both high-frequency and low-frequency, including those undetectable by statistical methods.

Scraping Protection: Bot Protection safeguards web resources from parasitic load caused by competitors' automated scraping of unique content aimed at gaining market advantages.

Brute Force Protection: Bot Protection defends against brute force attacks designed to crack user accounts and gain access to personal data.

SMS Bombing Protection: Web DDoS & Bot Protection blocks automated requests for user SMS authorization codes and on-site action confirmations, which are used to drain the SMS aggregator’s balance.
