Puzzle RPA

Puzzle RPA: a Russian platform for developing software robots with free robots not tied to a vendor and a free orchestrator on Apache Airflow.

The Puzzle RPA license includes only a fee for using the development studio provided by the software company that owns the copyright to the product. In this studio, you can create an unlimited number of robots as they are not licensed and therefore always free!

1. Obtain an SSH key pair for connecting to the virtual machine (VM).

2. Create a VM from a public image. In the Choose Image/Disk block, switch to the Cloud Marketplace tab and select Puzzle RPA. In the Access block:

   • Enter the username in the Login field;
   • Paste the contents of the file with the open SSH key in the SSH Key field.

   After creating the VM, you can see the Public IPv4 in the VM settings.

3. Connect to the VM via SSH. Use the login you set when creating the VM, and the private SSH key created earlier. Execute the command: sudo passwd username to set the user password for subsequent RDP connection to the VM.

4. From your desktop, connect to the VM via RDP using the Public IPv4 (see item 2) and the previously created user login (see item 2) and user password (see item 3).

5. The platform distribution is provided pre-installed on the VM and is available in the list of all operating system applications.

6. To log in to the Puzzle RPA application, you need to obtain the login and password for the account. These details can be requested on the website or via email at info@puzzle-rpa.ru.

7. When using Puzzle RPA in a corporate network, access to resources: 2 and 3 should be available for license policy verification.

• Managing accounts receivable from counterparts;

• Generation and distribution of invoices and statements;
• Filling out contracts and specifications.
