Stakhanovets
Stakhanovets is a multifunctional, intelligent all-in-one (AIO) DLP system designed to address a wide range of information security and workforce analytics challenges. It is used to protect sensitive data, prevent information leaks, and improve employee productivity.
The platform monitors activity across messengers (Telegram, Microsoft Teams, Max, and others), email services (Outlook, Thunderbird, Mail, Yandex Mail, Gmail, and others), captures and analyzes user communications, controls file saving and transfer (USB devices and internet channels), and applies watermarking to screenshots and files to detect insider espionage. It also analyzes website and application usage, helping organizations identify untrusted employees or data theft, and automates security incident investigations through built-in ML and GenAI capabilities.

Deployment Guide
Step 1. Create a Virtual Machine from an Image
Follow the guide to create a virtual machine from an image with pre-installed software:

During the virtual machine creation process, in the Image / Boot Disk Selection section:
open the Cloud Marketplace tab;
select the image “Stakhanovets DLP (All-in-One)” (use the exact name as it appears in the marketplace).
Complete the virtual machine creation by configuring the required parameters (availability zone, compute resources, network settings).
Step 2. Connect to the Virtual Machine via SSH
Use the official guide to connect to the virtual machine via SSH:

When creating the virtual machine, you specify a username (for example, stkh-admin).
After the virtual machine is created, it is recommended to set a password for the user by running the following command:
sudo passwd stkh-admin
Enter and confirm the new password when prompted:
New password:
Step 3. Complete the Installation
After setting the password, the virtual machine with the pre-installed Stakhanovets product is ready for further configuration and use.
