Adding a dashboard header

To add a header to a dashboard:

Warning

If you use a new DataLens object model with workbooks and collections:

  1. In the left-hand panel, select Collections and workbooks.
  2. Open the appropriate workbook and select an object.

Follow the guide from step 2.

  1. In the left-hand panel, click Dashboards and select the dashboard you need. If you do not have a dashboard, create one.

  2. At the top of the page, click Edit.

  3. In the panel at the bottom of the page, hold down Heading and drag it to the required area.

  4. Configure your widget:

    • Enter title text.
    • Select the text size from the preset options: XS, S, M, L, or XL.
    • (Optional) Set a background.
  5. Click Add. The widget will be displayed on the dashboard. A hash for the header is created automatically, you can see the # icon when hovering over the header.

Adding to the table of contentsAdding to the table of contents

To add a header with an anchor link to the table of contents, enable the Display in contents option in the widget editing window. When you click the header in the table of contents, the dashboard page automatically scrolls to the corresponding section and its hash is added to the address bar.
