Adding a message when contacting support in Yandex DataLens

To add information to a message displayed when contacting support:

Warning

If you use the new DataLens object model with workbooks and collections:

  1. In the left-hand panel, select Collections and workbooks.
  2. Open the workbook you need and select an object.

Proceed with this guide from Step 2.

  1. In the left-hand panel, click Dashboards and select the dashboard you need.

  2. In the top-right corner, click Edit.

  3. Click at the top of the screen. The settings window will open on the right.

  4. In the Other settings section, next to the Window before contacting support field, click .

  5. Enter additional information and click Save.

    Note

    This field supports the Markdown markup language.

  6. In the top-right corner, click Save.

Now, if the user clicks the icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen and selects Create request, an additional message will appear in the Information window.

To remove this additional information, save an empty description in the Window before contacting support.
