Adding a message when contacting support in Yandex DataLens
To add information to a message displayed when contacting support:

If you use the new DataLens object model with workbooks and collections:
- In the left-hand panel, select
Collections and workbooks. - Open the workbook you need and select an object.
Proceed with this guide from Step 2.

In the left-hand panel, click
Dashboards and select the dashboard you need. -
In the top-right corner, click Edit.

at the top of the screen. The settings window will open on the right. -
In the Other settings section, next to the Window before contacting support field, click

Enter additional information and click Save.

This field supports the Markdown markup language.
