Deleting an alias

To delete an alias:

Warning

If you use a new DataLens object model with workbooks and collections:

  1. In the left-hand panel, select Collections and workbooks.
  2. Open the appropriate workbook and select an object.

Follow the guide from step 2.

  1. In the left-hand panel, click Dashboards and select the dashboard you need.

  2. At the top of the page, click Edit.

  3. To the right of the widget to delete a link for, click .

    1. In the list, hover over the widget you want to unlink and click .
    2. In the window that opens, expand the Added aliases list and click next to the alias.
    3. Click Apply.
    4. In the Links window, click Apply.
  4. In the top-right corner of the dashboard, click Save.

To delete a field from an alias:

  1. In the dashboard editing window, click to the right of the widget you want to delete an alias field for.

    1. In the list, hover over the widget you want to unlink and click .
    2. In the window that opens, expand the Added aliases list and click the field you want to delete.
    3. Delete the field by clicking .
    4. Click Apply.
    5. In the Links window, click Apply.
  2. In the top-right corner of the dashboard, click Save.
