Setting up a dashboard background in Yandex DataLens

You can set up a dashboard background for the light and dark theme individually.

To set up a dashboard background, follow these steps:

Warning

If you use the new DataLens object model with workbooks and collections:

  1. In the left-hand panel, select Collections and workbooks.
  2. Open the workbook you need and select an object.

Proceed with this guide from Step 2.

  1. In the left-hand panel, click Dashboards and select the dashboard you need. If you do not have a dashboard, create one.

  2. In the top-right corner, click Edit.

  3. At the top of the screen, click . The settings window will open on the right.

  4. Under Appearance, select the dashboard theme to configure the background for:

    • : Light theme.
    • : Dark theme.
  5. Set a background for the dashboard. Do it by clicking the Widget background input field and selecting one of the presets or specifying the color in hexadecimal format.

  6. In the top-right corner of the dashboard edit window, click Save.
