Issue descriptionIssue description

The billing account is in the PAYMENT_NOT_CONFIRMED status.
You cannot use the billing account and create new resources in the cloud linked to it.

SolutionSolution

The PAYMENT_NOT_CONFIRMED status means that you need to confirm the billing account.
Check the email address specified in your Yandex or Yandex 360 account.
Within three business days, this mailbox should receive an email with a description of the sequence of further actions required to activate the billing account.

To confirm your account, reply to this email or email to cloud_docs@support.yandex.ru, providing the following documents:

  1. A copy of the certificate of incorporation or business registration.
  2. A copy of the resolution or minutes regarding the appointment of the general director (if you are the general director).
  3. A copy of the power of attorney of the business representative (if you are a representative).

Do not forget to indicate the full name of the organization and the cloud ID.
Within three business days, we will activate your billing account, and you can start using Yandex Cloud.

If the issue persistsIf the issue persists

If the above actions did not help solve the problem, create a request for technical support.
When creating the request, provide the following information:

  1. The billing account ID is in the PAYMENT_NOT_CONFIRMED status.
    The billing account ID has the format: d2nXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. You can find it on the page with your billing account details.
  2. Problem description.
