Issue description
- The billing account has the
PAYMENT_NOT_CONFIRMEDstatus. - You cannot use the billing account and create new resources in the cloud linked to it.
Solution
The PAYMENT_NOT_CONFIRMED status means that you need to confirm your billing account.
Email the following documents to cloud_docs@support.yandex.ru:
- Copy of the minutes or resolution on the appointment of the general director.
- Billing account ID.
Once your documents have been verified, you can activate your billing account and start using Yandex Cloud.
If the issue persists
If the above actions did not help, create a support ticket
