Resolving the ILLEGAL_REQUEST_CONTRACT error when generating a payment invoice

• When trying to generate an invoice on the page with the billing account details, you get this error: ILLEGAL_REQUEST_CONTRACT

To resolve this issue, create a request for technical support.
Make sure to provide the following information when creating the request:

1. Billing account ID.
   The billing account ID has the format: d2nXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. You can find it on the page with your billing account details.
2. Full text of the error message.
3. HAR file with saved results of your browser interaction with the Yandex Cloud servers when trying to generate an invoice.
