Issue descriptionIssue description

  • During the registration of a billing account, you get this error: balance.WRONG.ACCOUNT.

SolutionSolution

The error arises because the bank identification code (BIC) does not match the account number, or the account has an incorrect checksum.

Check the bank's BIC and account number in the online service.

If the issue persistsIf the issue persists

If the above actions did not help solve the problem, create a request for technical support.
When creating the request, provide the following information:

  1. Billing account ID.
  2. Bank BIC.
  3. Account number.
