How to get a refund

Case description
You need to refund the money credited to your billing account, credit/debit card you added, or settlement account.
Solution
You will need to create a support ticket for us to issue a refund to you. Provide the following information in your ticket:
- ID of the billing account for which you are requesting a refund. You can find it on the page with the billing account details.
- Amount to refund.
Warning
The refund amount cannot exceed your current account balance.
