How to report a problem
There are two ways to report a problem:

Via the Yandex DataLens interface:
- Next to the error code, click Report problem and select
Support center → Create request on the left-hand panel. - Select a request type and specify a subject. If you select the
QuestionorIssuetype, the system will generate a suggested solution via the Yandex Search API based on the subject you enter. If you did not find the information you need, click Continue. - Provide relevant details about the issue in the description and click Create request. A Yandex Cloud support ticket will be created automatically.
- Next to the error code, click Report problem and select

Via a direct report to Yandex Cloud support

In your report, please provide (if possible):
- The most accurate description of the problem and the sequence of your actions.
- Images, GIFs, or videos.
