Bank account transfers
Businesses and individual entrepreneurs can top up their personal accounts and pay for consumed resources by transferring funds from their bank accounts.
Funds transfer and payment against invoice
To have funds transferred, you should first receive a payment invoice. You can pay it at any bank or through an online banking system.
Before making a transfer, make sure the following details in the payment order are entered correctly:
-
Payment amount.
-
Banking information of Yandex.Cloud LLC (Russia) and Belarus, Cloud Services Kazakhstan LLP (Kazakhstan), Iron Hive doo Beograd (Serbia) or Direct Cursus Technology L.L.C. (Dubai) for non-residents of Russia and Kazakhstan.
Note
If you are a non-resident of Russia or Kazakhstan, specify the bank details of the legal entity you signed the agreement with when creating your billing account.
-
Your company or individual entrepreneur TIN.
-
Personal account number in the payment details.
-
Contract number in the payment details.
Note
The payment invoice must be paid from a bank account opened for the business or individual entrepreneur that the billing account was registered for. Within a single user account, all payers must pay in the same currency.
Payment terms
Invoices must be paid before the deadline set out in the agreement. How fast the funds will be credited to your personal account depends on the bank performing the transaction.
The due date for payments is specified in Chapter 6 (Payment Procedure) of the agreement or in a monthly report that we send to our clients.
Note
We recommend keeping track of the money you spend from your personal account and top up your balance so it is always positive. If the personal account balance drops to zero or exceeds the billing threshold, Yandex Cloud reserves the right to change the status of your billing account to PAYMENT_REQUIRED. For more information, see Billing cycle.
