Agreement
In Yandex Cloud, all services are subject to an agreement. You enter an agreement by accepting an offer when creating your billing account or directly by signing it from both sides.
Agreement types

Offer is a document which is freely available online and does not have to be signed by both parties.

General is an agreement signed by both parties either in the EDM system (available for Russian residents) or in hard copy.
Residents of Russia
Once the offer is accepted or the agreement is signed, the parties shall operate under the agreement in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The agreement stipulates that you must pay for the resources consumed at the end of the reporting period. For more information, see How to pay for resources.

Note
Companies and individual entrepreneurs can sign a bilateral agreement. For this, submit a request via the form. A Yandex Cloud manager will contact you to discuss the terms.
Residents of Kazakhstan
Once the offer is accepted or the agreement is signed, the parties shall operate under the agreement in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (RK). The agreement stipulates that you must pay for the resources consumed at the end of the reporting period. For more information, see How to pay for resources.

Agreement termination
After you delete your billing account, your agreement will be terminated. In this case, you do not have to notify Yandex.Cloud LLC, Cloud Services Kazakhstan LLP, Iron Hive doo Beograd (Serbia), or Direct Cursus Technology L.L.C. (Dubai) of the termination.
