Trial period for new customers
The trial period is a one-time introductory offer for businesses. You can use the free trial if you:
- Have never purchased Yandex Cloud services.
- Have not activated the trial period before.
You can enable the trial period only when creating your first billing account for a legal entity in Yandex Cloud Billing.
During the trial period, you can use Yandex Cloud resources for free with limitations on the trial duration and initial grant amount. You can view the info on applicable usage restrictions and grant amount in the management console
Resource usage costs are deducted from your initial grant. Yandex calculates service usage costs based on the pricing policy published on our website or in accordance with custom rates defined in your agreement. This way, you know exactly when your trial period ends or your initial grant runs out.
During your free trial, Yandex may impose additional technical and functional limitations on service usage. Additionally, Yandex does not provide service availability guarantees outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
You can check your remaining initial grant amount and trial days on the billing account page in Yandex Cloud Billing
You can upgrade to the paid version before the trial period ends. To do this, select the relevant settings in the management console
Your trial period will end automatically depending on the payment method you selected when creating your billing account for businesses. For more information, see End of trial period.
After the end of the trial period, the resources will be retained but discontinued. To resume working with Yandex Cloud, you will need to fully upgrade to the paid version.
Before granting access to the paid version, Yandex may request additional documents and information to verify the registration data you provided. If you fail to provide the requested documents, Yandex reserves the right to terminate your access to the services.
