Viewing service usage details
You can view usage details for Yandex Cloud services as charts and tables in Yandex Cloud Billing, or check 30-day consumption in the management console.

To view usage details:

Go to Yandex Cloud Billing
. - Select the account you want the details for.
- In the left-hand panel, select
Usage details. - Select the detail depth.

, navigate to the folder you want to check consumption for. -
In the top-right corner, click

The widget that opens will display consumption over the last 30 days for both the cloud and the selected folder.
To change the visibility of private data, use the
and buttons. -
To view usage details as charts and tables in Yandex Cloud Billing, click Details.

Select the detail depth.
Depending on the selected detail depth, you will be able to view different data:

By default, usage details show the cost of consumed resources. Details in consumption units are available on the By product tab.
You can view the usage details for one or more clouds, workspaces, and additional agreements, e.g., adjustments and CVoS.
By default, the displayed information covers all clouds, workspaces, and additional agreements associated with your billing account. To cover only some of them, select the clouds, services, and additional agreements you want displayed in the All workspaces list.

To get usage details for specific products or labels, click All products or All labels and enter the values.
By default, you get data for the current month. To change this period, click

If a cloud was previously linked to another billing account, consider the period when viewing usage details: details are available to the current billing account for the time starting when the new account was linked. For usage prior to the link, details are available to the previous account.
You can view usage details for one or more folders, including in different clouds. To do this, select folders whose details you want to display from the All folders list.
To get usage details for selected folders filtered by a product or label, click All products or All labels and select the values.

You can view usage details for one or more services in different clouds or in different folders of the selected cloud. Do it by selecting the elements you want the info for in the All services and All folders lists.
You can also get details on service resource labels by clicking All labels and specifying the required values.

You can view usage details for one or more products in different clouds or in different folders of the selected cloud. By default, all products in all clouds are selected. To cover only some of them, click All products and select the products and services you want displayed.
To get usage details on specific labels, click All labels and specify the required values.

You can view usage details by service resource labels. You can add a label to a resource and then select that label from the All labels list.
To view usage details for selected labels for one or more products across different folders in the selected cloud:

Click All folders and select the products and services you want covered.

Click All labels. In the list that opens, do the following:
- Select the label key and its values.
- To deselect labels, click Clear. This button is available if at least one label is selected.
- To select all labels, click select all. This button is available if none of the labels are selected.
If there are usage details available for the selected labels, the chart will display the info starting from the label creation date. Below the chart, the table will show all values corresponding to the selected label. If multiple labels are added to a resource, the cost may be duplicated, and the total will be higher than actual consumption; therefore, the total amount is not displayed.

To get details for a given period for specific clouds and folders, select the required spaces in the All folders list.
To get details for specific products and labels, click All products or All labels and enter the values.
The currency of the cost of services depends on the agreement and the country of residence:
- For residents of Russia, the cost is represented in rubles (₽) and includes VAT.
- For residents of Kazakhstan the cost is represented in tenge(₸) and includes VAT.
- For non-residents of Russia and Kazakhstan, the cost is represented in US dollars ($) and does not include taxes and fees.
Viewing discount details

Grant: Grant discount, including the platform introduction grant.Volume incentive credit: Direct discount on current resource consumption, excluding long-term commitments.Committed use discount: Discount on service resource usage with a 6-month, 12-month, or longer commitment.Other discounts: Other types of discounts, including discounts for consumption after the platform introduction grant expires but before switching to the paid version.
Interpreting the chart
The chart shows how data changed over time.
The number of details and their values depend on the selected detail depth, chart type, and filters.
You can choose to display costs:
- Consumption: Shows the cost of consumed services before discounts. For resources within a committed volume, this value reflects the base cost.
- Due and payable: Shows the cost of consumed services after discounts. The discount for committed volume of services is applied as soon as you start consuming the resources.
There are two types of charts:
- : Line chart
- : Column chart
Point the cursor at a line or column on the chart to see a popup with the following information:
- Date for which the current point's value is valid.
- Cost of services consumed within space/service/product.
- Names of spaces/services/products/labels.
- Total cost of consumed services.
Each space, service, product, or label is mapped to a unique color.
Interpreting the table
In the table, all data is presented as the total amount for the specified period (without splitting by date or cloud).
The number of columns in the table depends on the selected detail depth. See a description of columns below.

| Discount | Discount amount in the contract currency (excluding VAT or other taxes and fees). The discount for a committed volume of services is applied and displayed as soon as you start consuming the resources. |
| Due and payable | Total cost of consumed resources after discount. |
Displaying the committed volume of services
When using the committed volume of services (CVoS):
- The CVoS discount is applied and displayed as soon as you start consuming the resources.
- The CVoS cost is distributed among individual resources. The details show the base resource cost and the applied discount.
- The remaining unused CVoS is displayed separately.
- Final CVoS balances are calculated at the end of the month to make sure the reports indicate the correct amounts.
