Reports
Yandex Cloud users can request completion reports and a reconciliation report. Reconciliation reports are available only for residents of Russia and Kazakhstan.
Completion report
A completion report is a primary accounting document confirming the provision of services. It contains aggregate data on the cost of the services actually provided. Detailed information about the services rendered is available on the Usage details page.
Creating a completion report
Reports are generated at the end of the reporting period for the amount actually used from the personal account.
Reports are then used as a basis for generating invoices.
Note
If during the reporting period you used only your grant without using any funds from your personal account or billing threshold, a report and invoice are not generated.
VAT accounting
No report will be issued to non-residents of Russia and Kazakhstan.
Reconciliation report
Reconciliation reports are available only for residents of Russia and Kazakhstan. They are generated upon a request you can submit in Yandex Cloud Billing. After your request is processed, the document will become available for download.
You can download copies of your documents or request the original documents and the reconciliation report in your Yandex Balance account.
