Changing an organization for a cloud
If there are multiple organizations registered in your account, you can move clouds between them.
Note
You must add to the new organization all users with roles assigned for the migrated cloud, folders, or resources in the source organization.
Warning
When you migrate your cloud from one organization to another, the Yandex account roles will be migrated and assigned automatically. You will need to reassign federated user roles manually.
To move a cloud to another organization, you need the resource-manager.clouds.owner role for the cloud you are transferring and the organization-manager.organizations.owner role for the target organization. For more information about role assignment, see Assigning a role for a cloud and Assigning a role for an organization.
- In the management console, click or in the top panel and select the cloud.
- In the top-right corner, click and select Change organization.
- Select a new organization from the list and click Change.
Currently, you cannot change the organization assigned to the cloud using the API.
