  1. Open the Cloud Video home page.

  2. Select a channel.

  3. On the Video tab, in the row with the video, click and select Edit.

  4. Edit the name of your video.

  5. Optionally, under Description, specify the timecodes for your video in the following format:

    00:00:00 Episode 1 title
    hh:mm:ss Episode 2 title
     ...
    

    Note

    Timecodes must begin with 00:00 or 00:00:00. The time is separated from the episode title by a space. Each timecode begins from a new line.

  6. In the Access list, edit the video access type:

    • By temporary link: Video will be available via a dedicated link.

      The video is available via a temporary link for a maximum of 12 hours.

    • All users: Video will be available indefinitely to anyone with a link to it.

  7. To change the thumbnail:

    1. If the video has a thumbnail, hover over the thumbnail preview and click .

    2. Click Select file and select a new thumbnail image.

      The following cover formats are supported: JPG, PNG, and GIF.

  8. To change a player preset, in the Player preset list, select the one you need from those available in the channel or create a new preset.

  9. Enable or disable summarization.

  10. To add subtitles, click Add and choose how to add subtitles:

    1. Click to the right of the name of the subtitle file you want to replace.
    2. In the Subtitles field, click Add.
    3. In the window that opens, select the subtitle language.
    4. Click Select file and select a subtitle file.
    5. Click Create.
  11. To delete subtitles, click and select Delete.

  12. To edit neural translation, delete the old languages and add the new ones:

    1. Under Neural translation, click to the right of neural translation language.
    2. Click Delete.
    3. Click Add.
    4. In the window that opens, select the language of the video.
    5. Select languages for translation.
    6. Click Create.
  13. Click Save.

Use the update REST API method for the Video resource or the VideoService/Update gRPC API call.
