The partner portal
The partner portal offers the following sections:
Accounts
This section contains information about accounts. Accounts are businesses that are your potential or current customers. In this section, you can create customer accounts as well as view and manage the existing ones.
Subaccounts
This section lists all your customers with their current subaccount statuses. To see detailed information on a customer, click the relevant subaccount row.
Subaccount statuses:
Active: Subaccount is verified and ready to use. You will receive invoices for the paid resources consumed by the customer.Acceptance required: Subaccount is created and pending customer verification by email.Suspended: Partner suspended services and customer collaboration.Inactive: Subaccount is deleted. To delete a billing account, contact support .

This section contains links to application forms and other useful links for partners:
- Presale request form.
- Application form for registering a partner deal.

- Telegram channel for partners.
- Links to legal documents.
Finance
This section shows the information on the partner bonus amount:
- Bonus accrual schedule for all customers broken down by month.
- Table with monthly resource consumption and bonuses for all customers.
You can view the commission statistics and download a detailed report in .csv format.
Subaccount details
This section provides detailed information about how customers are using the services. For more information, see Viewing usage details for subaccounts.
Partner bonus
In this section, you can view the partner bonus amount applied to your subaccounts. To view detailed information about a bonus, click the relevant row.
Partner profile
In this section, you can view information on your partner account.
Access management
In this section, you can manage user access to the partner portal by assigning them appropriate roles.
