To create a customer account:

Partner portal
  1. Go to the partner portal.
  2. In the left-hand panel, select Accounts.
  3. In the top-right corner, click Create account.
  4. In the window that opens, do the following:
    1. In the Country list, select the country the company is registered in.

    2. In the INN/BIN/TIN field, enter the company ID.

      Note

      If registered in the Russian Federation, select the company from the list. For companies from other countries, fill out the Company name, Legal address, and Mailing address fields.

    3. Optionally, in the Description field, provide additional information about the customer. Click to see available formatting tools.

  5. Click Create. The customer account will appear on the Accounts page.
