Configuring the Security Deck workspace access permissions

To configure the Security Deck workspace access permissions for other users:

Security Deck UI
  1. Go to Yandex Security Deck.

  2. In the left-hand panel, select Workspace.

  3. At the top of the window, click More and select the workspace. Use search, if required.

  4. Navigate to the Access bindings tab.

  5. To assign workspace access permissions to a new user, click Add participants and in the window that opens:

    1. Select the user from the list. If required, use the search bar.
    2. In the window that opens, click Add role and select the role you want to assign to the user. You can assign multiple roles.
    3. Click Save.
  6. To update user workspace access permissions:

    1. Find the user in the list. Optionally, use the filter in the right part of the section.

    2. In the row with the user, click and select Edit roles. In the window that opens:

      1. To add a new role, click Add role and select the role you want to assign to the user. You can assign multiple roles.
      2. To delete an assigned role, click in the field with this role.
      3. Click Save.
  7. To revoke user's workspace access permissions:

    1. Find the user in the list. Optionally, use the filter in the right part of the section.
    2. In the row with the user, click and select Revoke all roles.
    3. In the window that opens, confirm revoking access from the user.
