Migrating to a new DataSphere version
Together with its interface, the DataSphere resource model was updated, too. To continue working on your projects created in the previous DataSphere version, migrate them to the new version automatically.
Migrating projects and data automatically
You can automatically migrate your projects, the interpreter state, the project resources, and all data from the previous DataSphere version to the new one using the project transfer tool. To do this, select

Once the projects are transferred to the new DataSphere version, the projects in the old version will be deleted.
Note
You cannot migrate nodes automatically. If the projects you want to migrate contain nodes, delete them, migrate the projects, and create the nodes again, or contact
- Choose the cloud and projects you want to migrate. You can only select clouds which contain DataSphere projects and where you have the
datasphere.admin
oreditor
role for the project folder. - Select the community to transfer your projects to. Make sure the community has an active billing account. To migrate your projects to the selected community, you must have the
datasphere.communities.admin
role in this community or theeditor
role in an organization. - Click Transfer selected projects.
Once transferred, the projects will be available in the community you selected.
