Disabling Tracker automatically
If you have no billing account activated, and if no user has logged in to the interface nor performed any actions for a period of one month, Tracker will be disabled automatically.
After your tracker is disabled due to a month of inactivity, all your data in Tracker will be deleted in:
- One month if there are issues created in Tracker earlier.
- One week if there are no issues.
To avoid service deactivation and deletion of your data, log in to Tracker. To make sure the service is not disabled due to inactivity, activate a billing account.
How to disable paid features in Tracker
Note
To avoid paying for Tracker, you can disable the paid features leaving only the free Read mode for your employees. You cannot fully disable Tracker.
To stop using the paid features Yandex Tracker, revoke full access to Tracker from your company's employees. If only 5 or fewer users have full access, you can use Tracker free of charge. For more information, see Yandex Tracker pricing.

In the Tracker left-hand panel, click Administration → Users.

Make sure the Full access for all new users option is disabled.

For the employees whose access needs to be revoked, in the Access to Tracker column, select Read.
Once you revoke access to Tracker from the employees, they will not be able to create and update issues. However, they will still be able to view information in Tracker.
