Yes, Yandex Cloud Postbox supports Cyrillic domains (IDN). To use a Cyrillic domain, specify it in Punycode encoding when creating an address. For example, the domain пример.рф will appear as xn--e1afmkfd.xn--p1ai in Punycode.
