Deploying Nextcloud in Yandex Cloud

Nextcloud is an open-source software solution for team collaboration, audio and video conferencing, convenient, flexible, and secure file management, sharing, and joint editing. You can use Nextcloud to create your own cloud storages as well as integrate off-the-shelf solutions, such as Yandex Object Storage. For the user interface, Nextcloud provides desktop applications, mobile applications, and a web UI.

To deploy Nextcloud in Yandex Cloud infrastructure with Object Storage integration, use one of the following solutions:

  • Nextcloud deployment on a Compute Cloud VM using a Container Optimized Image is a way to quickly deploy the basic Nextcloud functionality in your Yandex Cloud infrastructure.
  • Manual Nextcloud deployment on a Compute Cloud VM or VM group is a way to deploy Nextcloud in your Yandex Cloud infrastructure manually in either the basic or fault-tolerant configuration.
  • Nextcloud deployment on a Compute Cloud VM or VM group via Terraform is a way to deploy Nextcloud in your Yandex Cloud infrastructure in either the basic or fault-tolerant configuration via the Yandex Cloud Terraform provider.
