Prices for the Russia region

Prices for Yandex Cloud resources vary from region to region. For more information about the available regions, see Regions.
The currency that can be used to pay for resources depends on which legal entity the user has entered into agreement with. For more information about account registration, see Registering an account in Yandex Cloud.
Note
Currency of Service rates (prices) depends on the company you made a contract with:
- Prices in US dollars are applicable to customers of Iron Hive doo Beograd (Serbia) or Direct Cursus Technology L.L.C. (Dubai).
- Prices in Russian roubles are applicable to customers of Yandex.Cloud LLC.
The cost depends on the service plan selected. The plan you choose covers your organization and can only be changed by its owner or administrator. You can use one billing account to pay for technical support of multiple organizations that may have different support service plans activated. - All prices are shown with VAT. The cost of support is calculated based on the cost of paid resources consumed. If a billing account is awarded a grant, it will be counted towards payment for the support plan.
Basic
The basic service plan is provided to all Yandex Cloud users at no separate charge. It is suitable for personal and research projects.
Business
This plan is good for business projects requiring 24/7 support.
The price is calculated based on the amount of resources consumed over the current reporting period (calendar month). To calculate the cost of using the service, use our calculator or see the calculation methods in the sections below.
Service plan cost
The cost of support under the service plan is fixed at ₽3000.00 per month plus 5% of the cost of paid resources consumed in the organization. The cost of support is charged to the billing account the consumed paid resource is linked to.
The cost of support under the service plan is fixed at ₸15000.00 per month plus 5% of the cost of paid resources consumed in the organization. The cost of support is charged to the billing account the consumed paid resource is linked to.
Example of calculating the cost for an organization whose resources are paid from a single billing account
If a customer consumes ₽100,000.00 worth of resources a month, support costs will add up to:
₽3000.00 + ₽100,000.00 × 0.05 = ₽8,000.00
Total: ₽8,000.00
Where:
- ₽3000.00: Fixed amount per month.
- ₽5,000.00: 5% of the cost of consumed paid resources residing in the organization.
This amount will be charged to a single billing account.
If a customer consumes ₸500,000.00 worth of resources a month, support costs will add up to:
₸15000.00 + ₸500,000.00 × 0.05 = ₸40,000.00
Total: ₸40,000.00
Where:
- ₸15000.00: Fixed amount per month.
- ₸25,000.00: 5% of the cost of consumed paid resources residing in the organization.
This amount will be charged to a single billing account.
Example of calculating the cost for an organization whose resources are paid from two billing accounts
If an organization with an activated support service plan uses resources paid from different billing accounts, the percentage part of the plan will be charged to each billing account according to the cost of consumed resources. The fixed part will be paid by only one account: the one specified when selecting the Business service plan.
An organization with the Business service plan activated pays for resources from different billing accounts:
- Account 1: Consumes ₽50,000.00 worth of resources a month.
- Account 2: Consumes ₽10,000.00 worth of resources a month.
The fixed amount will only be paid by one of the accounts, e.g., Account 1.
The cost of support will be:
₽3000.00 + ₽50,000.00 × 0.05 = ₽5,500.00 for Account 1.
₽10,000.00 × 0.05 = ₽500.00 for Account 2.
An organization with the Business service plan activated pays for resources from different billing accounts:
- Account 1: Consumes ₸250,000.00 worth of resources a month.
- Account 2: Consumes ₸50,000.00 worth of resources a month.
The fixed amount will only be paid by one of the accounts, e.g., Account 1.
The cost of support will be:
₸15000.00 + ₸250,000.00 × 0.05 = ₸27,500.00 for Account 1
₸50,000.00 × 0.05 = ₸2,500.00 for Account 2
Premium
The Premium plan covers all services of other plans and can be further enhanced to best suit your requirements. It may include troubleshooting recommendations for interactions of Yandex Cloud services with third-party software, consulting sessions with a dedicated support engineer based on your Yandex Cloud usage scenario, and services of a personal technical manager.

How to change your service plan
Before activating, deactivating, or modifying your technical support service plan, as well as changing the billing account from which the payment will be debited, make sure you have the following roles:
- organization-manager.organizations.owner for a cloud organization where you need to change or activate a paid support service plan.
- billing.accounts.admin or higher for your billing account if it is not linked to this cloud organization. This role will be inherited if your account is linked to the organization. For more information about roles and the link between a cloud organization and a billing account, see Organization.
To change your Yandex Cloud technical support service plan:
- Navigate to Service plans in the left-hand panel of the Support Center main page
. - In the Service plans window, you will see the billing account to be debited for paid technical support plans.
- Change your plan:
- To switch to the Basic plan, click Go.
- To switch to the Business plan, click Go.
- To switch to the Premium plan, click Send a request.
If an organization with an activated support service plan uses resources paid from different billing accounts, the percentage part of the plan will be charged to each billing account according to the cost of consumed resources. The fixed part will be paid by only one account: the one specified when selecting the Business service plan. When you change your plan, you can choose the billing account to be used to cover the fixed portion of the plan. This option is only available to the organization owner. To change your billing account:
- In the Service plans window, click Edit to select another account.
- In the Billing account window, specify another account using one of the following methods:
- Select an account from the list.
- Create a new account.
Service plan upgrades are effective immediately; downgrades take effect on the first day of the following month. For information on current service plans and examples of how to calculate your costs, see Pricing policy.
