Timetta

Timetta is a business application platform for project, finance, and resource management. Each application within the platform works together or separately, ensuring control over key indicators and project management processes.

Key business applications:

Timetta provides deep integration between modules. Time and task data are automatically reflected in finances, while resource management is synchronized with projects. A full project management lifecycle from estimation to closure within a single system.

Registration Process

1. Start Registration
Go to https://timetta.com/ru/get-started
. Enter your corporate email in the Email field and click Start Registration.

2. Email Confirmation
A confirmation code will be sent to the email you provided.

If the email does not arrive, check your Spam folder.

If it’s still not there, contact support at support@timetta.com

3. Fill in the Registration Form
After entering the correct code in the Confirmation Code field, the form will open.

Username: Enter your first and last name.

Phone: Enter your contact phone number.

Organization Name: Enter the full name of your organization, including the legal form (e.g., LLC “Innovation Center”). This name will be used to generate financial documents when purchasing a license.

Add Demo Data: If this option is enabled, the system will create demo data simulating the operations of a small company. This helps you get started in Timetta faster. If you want a clean system, uncheck this box. Demo data can be deleted later at any time.

4. Complete Registration
Click Complete Registration. Creating the Subscriber may take a few minutes. Once completed, the system will log you in automatically, and an email with your password will be sent to you.

**Important About Email Domains:**

Only emails on corporate domains can be used for registration. Registration with public domain addresses (@gmail.com, @mail.ru, @yandex.ru, etc.) is not allowed.

The email domain serves as the unique identifier for the Subscriber. Only one Subscriber can be created per domain. The system uses the domain to determine which Subscriber account the user should log in to.
