Kosmos VM based on Office 2021 is an office suite from Microsoft based on Windows Server 2022 Datacenter.

1. Create a VM from a public image. On the Marketplace tab, under Boot disk image, in the Product search field, enter Kosmos and select the image titled Kosmos VM based on Office 2021.

2. To access the VM, reset the admin password:

   1. Open the management console.
   2. Select Compute Cloud.
   3. Find the new VM in the list and wait until its status changes to Running. Select the VM.
   4. Click Reset password in the top-right panel.
   5. In the window that opens, click Generate password.
   6. The generated password will appear in the New password field. Be sure to save it as it will no longer be shown in the management console once you close the window.

3. Click Upload RDP file in the top-right panel.

4. Connect to the VM over RDP.

Product activation

1. In the bottom-left corner, click Windows and run any Office application.
2. In the window that opens, leave the I want to activate the software over the Internet. (Recommended) option enabled and click Next.
3. In the activation window that opens, click Close.
