Managing a user in the My account portal

What you can do in the My account portal depends on your account type:

Viewing attributes
Cloud Center UI
- Go to the My account
portal. - In the left-hand panel, select
Profile. - Under Profile data, you will see the user attributes.
Updating attributes
Cloud Center UI
- Go to the My account
portal. - In the left-hand panel, select
Profile. - Click
Edit. - Edit the first name, last name, and contact details.
- Click Save.
Changing a password
Cloud Center UI
- Go to the My account
portal. - In the left-hand panel, select
Login and security. - Under Login methods, click
Change. - Enter your current password and enter the new one twice.
- Click Save password.
Deleting refresh tokens
Cloud Center UI
- Go to the My account
portal. - In the left-hand panel, select
Login and security. - Navigate to the Refresh tokens tab.
- You will see all the applications you added refresh tokens for.
- Click
next to the application whose refresh token you want to delete. - To delete all refresh tokens, click
Delete all tokens.
Managing login authentication methods
To manage login authentication methods, a user must be added to the MFA policy.
Adding a login authentication method
Cloud Center UI
- Go to the My account
portal. - In the left-hand panel, select
Login and security. - Under Login confirmation, click Add authentication method.
- Select the login authentication method you need.
Deleting a login authentication method
Cloud Center UI
- Go to the My account
portal. - In the left-hand panel, select
Login and security. - Under Login confirmation, you will see your login authentication methods and their last use dates.
- Click
Delete next to the relevant login authentication method.
Viewing groups
Cloud Center UI
- Go to the My account
portal. - In the left-hand panel, select
Groups. - On the My groups page, you will see all the user’s groups and their IDs.
