In Yandex Identity Hub, you can view user login and audit logs. Logs are generated based on Yandex Audit Trails events and linked to them via IDs but only include certain event types with a limited amount of data per event.

For convenience, the log view pages have the following filters:

  • Time.
  • IP address.
  • Operation or login type and status.
  • User or operation login or ID.

The user’s role in the organization or user pool determines which logs they have permissions to view:

  • organization-manager.viewer, organization-manager.editor, organization-manager.admin, or organization-manager.organizations.owner: Logs of any organization user on the user page.
  • organization-manager.userpools.admin or higher: Logs of all pool users on the pool page.
  • Other users: Only their own logs in the My account portal.

Login logsLogin logs

Login logs display authentication events in apps connected to your organization (Yandex Cloud console, SourceCraft) as well as external apps with SSO authentication.

Audit logsAudit logs

Audit logs are generated based on events related to user actions in the organization.

You can view the full list of events supported by audit logs on the user page in the All operations filter.
