Changing the billing account organization

After your billing account is added to an organization, only those clouds and DataSphere, Yandex DataLens, or Yandex Tracker instances that were created in your organization and those clouds and entities from other organizations you were granted access to will be available for linking in Yandex Cloud Billing. To access the billable Yandex Identity Hub features, associate your billing account with your Identity Hub instance.

To change the billing account organization, the user must have the billing.accounts.owner role for the billing account and the organization-manager.admin role for the organization. To change the organization:

  1. Go to Yandex Cloud Billing.
  2. Select the billing account from the list.
  3. In the top-right corner of the Account info page, click Change organization.
  4. In the window that opens, select the organization from the list (you will see only those organizations in which you are a user), confirm the organization change, and click Change.
