Personal forms in Yandex Forms

Personal forms in Yandex Forms can only be created by users with Yandex accounts.

To create a personal form go to the https://forms.yandex.com/admin/ page. For more information, see How to create the first form.

For information about Yandex Forms features, see Forms overview.

Limitations

The users of personal forms can't use features for business, such as integration with Tracker and Wiki.
Responses in a personal form can only be edited and viewed by the form owner. You cannot set up access to this form for other users or open it on the page for managing Yandex Forms for business.
