Configuring access
Who can edit a form
By default, only the author can edit a form.
If you are using Yandex Forms for business, you can give your employees access to editing forms:

On the Yandex Forms top panel, select My forms.

Select a form and open the Settings → Access tab.

Select who can edit the form:
- Author only.
- Listed employees: Only the listed employees will be able to edit the form. To add a new user to the list, enter their login or name into the field. You can also grant access to multiple employees by naming a group of Yandex 360 for business or Yandex Cloud Organization organizations.

Click Save.
Who can fill out the form
By default, all users can fill out the form.
If you are using Yandex Forms for business, you can give your employees access to filling the form.

On the Yandex Forms top panel, select My forms.

Select a form and open the Settings → Access tab.

Select who can fill out the form:

All users.

Organization employees only.

Listed employees: Only the listed employees will be able to edit the form. To add a new user to the list, enter their login or name into the field. You can also grant access to multiple employees by naming a group of Yandex 360 for business or Yandex Cloud Organization organizations.

Click Save.
Who can edit a group of forms
If using Yandex Forms for business, you can group forms by topic, project, team, or other attributes.
To configure access to a group of forms:

On the Forms top panel, select Groups.

Choose the group from the list.

In the Access section, specify who can edit the group of forms:
- Author only.
- Selected employees: Only the listed employees can edit the group. To add a new user to the list, enter their login or name into the field. You can also grant access to multiple employees by naming a group of Yandex 360 for business or Yandex Cloud Organization organizations.

Click Save.
