You can back up your instances manually.

  1. Go to the folder page and select Managed Service for GitLab.
  2. Click the instance name and select Backups.

  1. Go to the folder page and select Managed Service for GitLab.
  2. Click the instance name and select Backups.
  3. Click Create backup.

Restoring instances from backupsRestoring instances from backups

To restore an instance from a backup, contact technical support.

You can restore a deleted instance in the same way. When you delete one, the system automatically creates its backup which is stored for two weeks.
