You can back up your instances manually.

  1. Navigate to Managed Service for GitLab.
  2. Click the instance name and select Backups.

  2. Click the instance name and select Backups.
  3. Click Create backup.

Restoring an instance from a backupRestoring an instance from a backup

To restore an instance from a backup, contact support.

You can recover a deleted instance in the same way. When you delete an instance, the system automatically creates its backup which is stored for two weeks.
