You can back up your instances manually.
Getting a list of backups
Management console
- Go to Managed Service for GitLab.
- Click the instance name and select Backups.
Creating a backup
Management console
- Go to Managed Service for GitLab.
- Click the instance name and select Backups.
- Click Create backup.
Restoring instances from backups
To restore an instance from a backup, contact technical support.
You can restore a deleted instance in the same way. When you delete one, the system automatically creates its backup which is stored for two weeks.
