Managing organizations in Tracker
In Tracker, user management is performed through organizations. There are two types of organizations: Yandex Cloud Organization and Yandex 360 for Business

Selecting an organization for Tracker
Starting April 17, 2023, you will be able to choose which service to use:

To continue using both services, you will need to pay for Yandex 360 for Business usage as per the selected service plan
. Tracker usage is paid for separately.Note
If you do not submit payment for using Yandex 360 for Business, Tracker will continue running, but you will not be able to edit the list of your organization members.

To only use Yandex Cloud Organization, you will need to disable the Yandex 360 for Business organization in the Tracker interface.

If your organization is only running in Yandex 360 for Business, you will also be able to activate Yandex Cloud Organization.

To only use Yandex 360 for Business, you will need to disable the Yandex Cloud Organization organization in the Tracker interface.
Switching from Yandex 360 for Business to Yandex Cloud Organization
A Yandex 360 for Business organization administrator can change an organization for Tracker and switch to Yandex Cloud Organization.

If you already have an organization enabled in Yandex Cloud Organization, you will be switched to it automatically with no additional actions required. You can check this by going to Organizations

If you have a Yandex Cloud Organization organization you want to switch to, but it is linked to a different Tracker, Wiki, or Forms, contact support. This is required because, when switching organizations, all data will be deleted.
The steps below can only be completed by a Yandex 360 for Business organization administrator who will also become a Yandex Cloud Organization organization administrator.

If you do not have an organization in Yandex Cloud Organization, create one following this guide. If you already have an organization, skip this step.

In Tracker, click Organizations
Admin settings → in the left-hand panel. In the Yandex Cloud Organization organizations section, click Connect and select the organization you need. Wait until the users and groups from Yandex Cloud Organization are synced in Tracker, which may take up to 30 minutes. -
In Yandex Cloud Organization, add users and groups in the same way as in Yandex 360 for Business. A group name in Tracker is generated based on the Description field value, or, if it is not provided, on the Name field value.
Note
Users registered in both organizations with the same credentials will be able to continue using Tracker without any changes. For other users in the new organization, you will need to reconfigure access rights to Tracker, queues, filters, dashboards, Wiki pages, and forms in Forms.

Set up roles in Yandex Cloud Organization: if your organization had other administrators, grant them roles, such as
admin
ortracker.admin

In Tracker, set up access permissions for the users or groups.
Note
In the group access settings, under Groups
Admin settings → , you will see two All employees groups: one with the Yandex 360 for Business organization employees and the other with the employees from both organizations.
If you do not need the Yandex 360 for Business organization, do not delete it just yet; we will notify you as soon as this is required. The steps described above are enough to avoid switching to the Yandex 360 for Business paid plan.
