All Yandex Cloud services will be free until the end of October
The Yandex Cloud platform continues to operate in a limited mode as our engineers continue their recovery efforts.

We understand that your teams are currently focused on restoring their services. To ensure that you won’t need to worry about cloud costs during this period, we have decided to make the use of all Yandex Cloud services in all availability zones of the Russian Federation free of charge for current customers from October 8 to October 31, inclusive.*
What the October invoice will include
The invoice for October will only reflect the cost of resources used up to and including October 7.
Charges for the period starting October 8 may still appear in your billing account, but we will adjust them automatically — you don’t need to do anything.

* Free use means use without a monetary charge for consumption. This applies to customers of Yandex.Cloud LLC who were consuming platform resources in availability zones in the Russian Federation as of October 7, 2026. Starting November 1, 2026, billing will return to the standard mode.
