Resolving the "Invitation not found" error when connecting to the partner program

Issue description
When trying to join the partner program, you see the "Invitation not found" error, while the client status remains unconfirmed.
Solution
This behavior might be because you logged into the system with a different account. Make sure you are using a proper account: you can see it in the lower-left corner of the form.
