Creating a template

To create an issue or comment template:

Select the desired option:

Click Create template.

Enter the template name and description.

If you want the template to only be used in a specific queue, enter the queue in the Queue binding field.

Fill in the template parameters the same way as when creating a new issue or comment.

Click Save.
The new template will be available on the template page
Make sure that other users can use your template:

Ask your colleagues to add a template on the Manage templates
page.
