In your project, you can use a resource available to the entire community.

To share a resource in a community, you need to have the Editor role in the project, and Developer, in the community. To learn more about roles that apply in DataSphere, see Access management in DataSphere.

To use a shared resource:

  1. Select the relevant project in your community or on the DataSphere homepage in the Recent projects tab.

  2. Select the resource under Project resources.
  3. Go to the Shared tab.
  4. Click next to the resource and select Add to project.
