Filtering a list of entities

On the Partner portal, in sections containing lists of entities, a partner can filter the lists based on entity parameters. You can save filters as tabs in these sections.

Filtering is available in the following sections:

  • Accounts
  • Subaccounts
  • Finance → Co-marketing
  • Deals
  • Activities

Creating a filterCreating a filter

To create a filter for a list of deals:

  1. Click Filter.
  2. Select the parameter by which you want to filter the list.
  3. In the window that opens, configure the parameter and click Apply.
  4. To add another parameter, click Filter again and repeat the first three steps.

The filter parameters are saved in the current link to the partner portal.

Saving a filterSaving a filter

To save a filter and use it as an additional tab on the page listing the deals:

  1. Click Filter.
  2. Select the parameter by which you want to filter the list.
  3. In the window that opens, configure the parameter and click Apply.
  4. To add another parameter, click Filter again and repeat the first three steps.
  5. Once you have configured your filtering options, click Save as.
  6. In the window that opens, specify a name for the tab and click Save.

A new tab with configured filtering parameters will appear in the Deals section.

Deleting a filter tabDeleting a filter tab

To delete a filter tab:

  1. Navigate to the tab you want to delete.
  2. Click Delete in the filter settings area.

Customizing filter tabsCustomizing filter tabs

If you have added additional tabs to the Deals section apart from the main All deals tab, you can customize their display by reordering, renaming, or deleting them. Follow these steps:

Click . This will open the window where you can edit your saved filters.

  • To reorder the tabs, hold down and drag them to the required position.
  • To rename a tab, click , enter a new name, and click Save.
  • To delete a tab, click and confirm the deletion.
