Requesting product access

To start using certain products in Cloud Marketplace, you must submit an access request and wait for it to be approved first. This requirement is due to our security standards.

Only users with the marketplace.productAccessRequests.editor role for the organization can submit access requests.

On the Cloud Marketplace websiteOn the Cloud Marketplace website

  1. On the Cloud Marketplace homepage, select the product you want to access.
  2. Click Request access from publisher.
  3. In the form that appears:

    1. Make sure the Billing account field specifies the billing account linked to the clouds for which you want to open access to the product. Access will be granted for all the linked clouds.
    2. Describe how you intend to use the product.
    3. Click Send request.

    The publisher may need to clarify some information with you before granting access to the product. All questions will be displayed in the request. To answer them or ask the publisher a question of your own, navigate to the request, enter your message in the Request messages field, and click Send.

    You will be able to start using the product as soon as your request status changes to Approved.

  1. In the management console, click the Cloud Marketplace solutions panel at the top of the screen.
  2. In the left-hand panel, select Available products.
  3. Select the product you want to access.
  4. Click Request access from publisher.
  5. In the form that appears:
