ZiaxFlow

ZiaxFlow is a platform for creating text chatbots and voice robots based on the context and intent model. A chatbot analyzes and understands a user’s intent and fetches data from a dialog context.

1. Get an SSH key pair to connect to a virtual machine (VM).
2. Create a VM from a public image. Under Image/boot disk selection, go to the Cloud Marketplace tab and select ZiaxFlow. Under Access:
   • Enter the username in the Login field.
   • Paste the contents of the public key file in the SSH key field.
3. Open http://<VM_public_IP_address>/ in your browser.
4. To connect to the service, use the following parameters:
   • E-mail: admin@ziax.ru.
   • Password: 00p4qvUe1nlclqPJfDYk.
5. Once the interface is loaded, change the default administrator password in the Users tab.
6. To use Yandex SpeechKit as a voice engine for chatbots, specify the following parameters in the System settings tab:
   • Auth Key: OAuth token.
   • Folder_id: ID of the folder.

• Organizing first line support for users and company employees.
• Making outgoing calls to handle service tasks and notify users.
• Creating skills for voice assistants.
