OSS Core

OSS Core is a technology for automating the use of open-source software products in a corporate infrastructure. With OSS Core, you can:

• Detect and fix functional defects and vulnerabilities in the component code.
• Automate the testing of 100% of third-party code for security audit and revision of the code in use.
• Protect your infrastructure against Open Source Supply Chain vulnerabilities.
• Roll out updates and fixes faster.

1. Get an SSH key pair to connect to a virtual machine (VM).

2. Create a VM from a public image. Under Image/boot disk selection, go to the Cloud Marketplace tab and select OSS Core. Under Access:

   • Enter the username in the Login field.
   • Paste the contents of the public SSH key file in the SSH key field.

   Save the VM public IP address.

3. Open http://<VM_public_IP_address>:4200 in your browser.
